Your Team Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the Total Plan Onboarding on best practices resourcingand project execution.
- Propose best practices and enhancements to current onboarding process to drive efficiency and reducetiming of onboarding projects.
- Work directly with implementation consultants to ensure technical implementation task are being executedin a timely and accuate manner.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience as a project coordinator and working directly with client to achieve mutual outcomes
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Manage onboarding and integration projects.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience working in a Financial Services company or have a Finance background / knowledge.
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Provide a detailed overview of projects to both clients and management.
- In collaboration with management and stakeholders define project scope goals and deliverables thatsupport the initial and ongoing
- relationships with our clients.
- Set and clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Plan and schedule project meetings with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Determine the content for status updates as well as their frequency.
- Memorialize projects for ongoing relationships with clients and for Client Support teams.
- Coordinate required meetings between MSCI and clients.
- Perform any other functions including administrative activities as required by management.
