Job Title: Recruiter

Schedule: 5 Days a Week Alternate Saturdays (1st 3rd & 5th)

Role Overview –
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across
multiple roles with a strong focus on bulk and volume hiring. This role requires a
proactive individual who can maintain a steady talent pipeline through active
sourcing extensive calling and effective coordination with internal teams and
external partners.
Key Responsibilities-
Drive bulk hiring for voice non-voice and support roles across various
business units.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening scheduling coordinating
interviews and ensuring timely closures.
Maintain a daily calling target of 150 calls to ensure a healthy candidate
pipeline.
Source candidates through consultancies job portals social media platforms
and internal databases.
Build and manage strong relationships with external hiring partners and
consultancies.
Track daily hiring metrics and maintain accurate candidate data using Excel
trackers or ATS tools.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
and hiring priorities.
Meet defined TATs quality standards and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements-
Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a BPO /
KPO / staffing / consultancy setup.
Proven track record in bulk or volume hiring.
Comfortable making high daily call volumes (150 calls).
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
Proficiency with MS Excel recruitment trackers and basic ATS tools.
