Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in core HR functions especially recruitment. The ideal candidate should be MBA qualified and currently based in Calicut.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing screening interviews onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Handle job postings on portals and social media platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Support HR operations such as attendance employee records and documentation
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
Requirements
- MBA in HR (Mandatory)
- 2–3 years of HR experience (recruitment-focused)
- Candidates must be currently based in Calicut
- Female candidates only (Age limit: up to 30 years)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Industry Background
- Team Thai / Santa Monica / Insurance companies
