To lessen the probability of customer complaints by managing problems referred by Member Service Representatives or other staff.

Qualifications:
- LCSW - Lic Clinical Social Worker Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council required
- LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council required
- 1 year Managed care experience required
- 3 years Behavioral health experience required
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Behavioral Health care management population health and/or behavioral health daily operations.
- Conducts initial and on-going system training for Behavioral Health Case Management staff
- Participates in quality initiatives and performance management in support of Behavioral Health.
- Supervision of daily operations.
- Assesses develops implements and monitors a comprehensive plan of care through an interdisciplinary team process in conjunction with the member/family in internal and external settings.
- Performs all necessary communication and documentation functions.
- Collaborates with community health education/outreach organizations and providers to provide for the overall health promotion of TCHP members.
- Conducts provider and member education activities.
