The role is accountable forbuilding and leading the Marketing Hubin the region to deliver high quality marketing execution services globally. As the single point of contact for the Regional CEO this role will coordinate and align the ASMEA marketing team ensuring seamless collaboration with both global & regional stakeholders.This position requires strong leadership operational excellence and international exposure with a focus on cross-team alignment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the Bangalore Marketing Hubwith disciplinary responsibility driving a high-performance delivery-focused culture
- Oversee team development performance management and alignment with global functional leads
- Manage global creative services and ASMEA regional marketing execution (design presentations video web publishing webinars content digital marketing & analytics)
- Ensure service quality timeliness and consistency for global stakeholders
- Promote innovation AI and automation to boost productivity and creative impact
- Act as primary marketing liaison for the ASMEA Regional CEO and leadership team
- Represent regional priorities in senior leadership meetings providing updates and performance insights
- Drive alignment and collaboration across ASMEA by gathering feedback addressing challenges cascading updates and engaging teams
- Partner with Country Coordinators Business Partners and other marketing teams to ensure unified high-quality execution
Required experience and skills:
- Masterss degree in Marketing Business Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
- At least 6-7 years of leadership experience in hubs or multi-country marketing setups
- Proven track record of building and managing efficient teams
- Strong cross-divisional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage projects budgets and resources effectively (moderation during peaks) delivering projects on time and within scope
- Experience in an international business environment identifying and addressing global needs
- Good English communication skills spoken clearly for diverse global audiences
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in hub build-up and regional coordination
- Analytical customer-centric and innovation-driven (incl. AI/automation)
