Role Summary
Looking for a strong SME with leadership capability in Hyper-V Failover Clustering Physical Servers and Virtualization. Candidate should lead the Wintel tower manage operations and handle customer communications including daily and escalation calls.

Role Summary
Looking for a strong SME with leadership capability in Hyper-V Failover Clustering Physical Servers and Virtualization. Candidate should lead the Wintel tower manage operations and handle customer communications including daily and escalation calls.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Lead/SME for Hyper-V Windows Server Failover Clustering and Physical Servers
Lead Wintel operations manage customer calls reports and ensure SLA adherence
Manage Hyper-V clusters S2D (HCI) and VMware environments
Install configure and maintain Windows Servers (Physical & VM)
Handle hardware issues and coordinate with OEM vendors
Perform patching health checks and performance monitoring
Support File Server Print Server RDS P2V V2V and Hyper-V Replication
Troubleshoot incidents perform RCA and minimize downtime
Experience Required
8 years in Windows & Virtualization Infrastructure
Strong hands-on expertise in Hyper-V Clustering S2D VMware
Experience leading teams and handling enterprise customers
Skills Required:
- 8 10 years of experience in Wintel Lead role preferably in core Wintel support management.
- Proven experience in high-volume environments such as technical support operations.
- Strong background in manage team ticket lifecycle management and 24x7 support models.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance through metrics.
- Experience in consulting root cause analysis and requirement documentation is a plus.
