We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team. This role is central to managing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) lifecycle and fostering strong relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers. You will act as a vital bridge between our external clients and internal departments to ensure commercial compliance and timely project execution.

*Core Responsibilities*
Your primary focus will be the end-to-end management of customer inquiries and supporting business growth through the following activities:
*RFQ & Quotation Management:* Receive and review RFQs from customers; coordinate with Engineering Costing and Production to prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations within strict timelines.
*Cross-Functional Coordination:* Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering Sourcing and Operations to ensure the on-time dispatch of development samples and adherence to PPAP schedules.
*Commercial Administration* : Manage receivables submit tooling invoices and ensure all commercial documentation and records are maintained accurately.
*Customer Relations:* Maintain an active RFQ tracker follow up on quotation statuses and assist in preparing high-impact customer presentations and MIS reports.
*Operational Support:* Support senior management during customer visits and business review meetings while maintaining a comprehensive customer database.
*Candidate Profile*
*Education* : Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
*Experience* : 3 to 5 years of total experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development within the automotive sector.
*Technical & Functional Skills*
*Manufacturing Knowledg* e: Basic understanding of pipe bending welding and fabrication processes.
*Commercial Acumen* : Familiarity with costing structures Bill of Materials (BOM) and automotive OEM requirements.
*Tools* : High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
*Soft Skills:* Strong analytical follow-up and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
*Key Interfaces*
*External* : OEMs and Tier-1 customers for business follow-ups and commercial communication.
