Job Summary

HR Manager-Surat-45k
Experience:4-6 years of HR experience including 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Job Overview:
The HR Manager will lead and streamline HR operations for a diversified conglomerate ensuring policy implementation regulatory compliance strong organizational culture and effective people management to support business growth across real estate power and lending/NBFC.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee daily HR activities and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Implement and update HR policies processes and best practices across business units.

  • Lead recruitment onboarding performance appraisals and employee documentation.

  • Maintain adherence to employment laws and industry-specific regulations.

  • Develop and uphold the companys code of conduct and governance standards.

Employee Engagement & Talent Management

  • Drive initiatives to enhance engagement morale and retention.

  • Manage performance management cycles goal-setting and regular reviews.

  • Support employee learning development and career growth.

Brand Building

  • Represent the organizations values and achievements across internal and external branding touchpoints.

Vendor Management

  • Manage external HR partners consultants and recruitment agencies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Masters degree or professional HR certification.

  • Strong background in talent management employee relations and policy implementation within diversified environments.
