1. CMDB Architect
Strong telephony/telco domain knowledge
CMDB design and data modelling experience (telco/product modelling)
ServiceNow CMDB expertise
Ability to provide architectural direction and governance
Hands-on experience required

2.Integration Architect
ServiceNow integration experience (40 integrations environment)
Performance optimization and monitoring
Analytical skills for response time analysis and improvements
Platform governance experience
GAIA/AIOps knowledge is a plus

Key Requirements:
Collaborative working style (critical for BT environment)
Hands-on architectural experience
Available immediate
