Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow OTSM Developer with hands-on experience in Order Management and Service Fulfillment processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to streamline order-to-service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Order-to-Service workflows using ServiceNow OTSM

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules flows and integrations

Develop business rules workflows UI policies and scripts

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (ERP CRM OMS)

Automate order fulfillment and service delivery processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Ensure best practices performance and data integrity

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow development

Hands-on experience in OTSM / Order Management workflows

Knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident Change Problem)

Experience in JavaScript Glide APIs and Flow Designer

Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs

Good understanding of service lifecycle and fulfillment processes
