How you will create an impact
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding probationary reviews contract administration and termination procedures ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
- Provide support to the talent acquisition team for early career recruitment implement best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Execute and coordinate HR initiatives employee engagement programs to foster an inclusion organizational culture.
- Organize and host new hires orientation.
- Be responsible for preparing the HR internal communications including holiday announcements wellness programs and organizational updates to ensure consistent HR messaging across the company.
- Participate in Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.
What youll need to succeed
- Bachelors degree
- HR relevant experience is preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer-oriented and collaborative
- Self-motivated with positive attitude
- Microsoft office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
