岗位职责

- 负责员工关系的日常管理工作

- 处理员工投诉纠纷及劳动仲裁等事宜维护良好的劳动关系

- 积极参与员工意见调查并为改进工作环境提供可行性方案

- 积极参与饭店组织的各项员工活动

- 负责员工档案管理确保信息的准确性和完整性

- 负责员工餐厅食品质量和卫生现场检查员工餐厅的清洁度和状况管理员工餐厅日常工作
- 负责员工更衣室员工活动室的正常使用并始终保持干净整洁
- 负责员工宿舍的正常使用并始终保持干净整洁

- 配合其他部门完成人力资源相关工作

岗位要求

- 具备良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力能够妥善处理员工关系问题

- 熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规具备一定的劳动争议处理经验

- 具备较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神

- 工作细致认真责任心强能够承受一定的工作压力

- 熟练使用办公软件具备基本的数据分析能力

- 有人力资源相关工作经验者优先

We are looking for Service Manager - Human Resources (Employee Relationship)

As Service Manager - Human Resources (Employee Relationship) we rely on you to

-Be responsible for the daily management of employee relations

-Handle employee complaints disputes and labor arbitration etc. and maintain good labor relations

-Actively participate in employee opinion surveys and provide feasible solutions for improving the working environment

-Actively participate in various staff activities organized by the hotel

-Be responsible for the management of employee files to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information

-Be responsible for the food quality and hygiene of the staff canteen inspect the cleanliness and condition of the staff canteen on site and manage the daily work of the staff canteen.
-Be responsible for the normal use of the staff changing room and staff activity room and always keep them clean and tidy.
-Be responsible for the normal use of the staff dormitory and always keep it clean and tidy.

-Cooperate with other departments to complete human resources-related work

Job Requirements

-Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of properly handling employee relations issues

-Familiar with labor laws and related regulations and have certain experience in handling labor disputes

-Possess strong organizational and coordination skills as well as a spirit of teamwork

-have a strong sense of responsibility and can withstand certain work pressure

-Proficient in using office software and possessing basic data analysis capabilities

-Those with relevant working experience in human resources are preferred
