Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Specialist to support the growth of an innovative storytelling mobile app. The platform allows users to explore interactive narratives engage with fictional characters and participate in immersive book-inspired experiences.

This role begins with a strong focus on TikTok content creation and community engagement with future expansion into Instagram and YouTube as the product scales.

Ideal candidates are highly familiar with BookTok current trends and short-form content formats.

Location: Remote (Philippines-Based)

Schedule: Full-time with occasional alignment to U.S. East Coast hours

Experience: 12 years preferred

Requirements

Excellent written English with strong familiarity with BookTok/Gen Z slang (e.g. TBR canon event plot twist).
Strong video editing skills using CapCut or TikToks in-app tools (hooks captions trending audio).
Knowledge of content best practices for TikTok Instagram Stories/Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Highly organized and comfortable tracking large amounts of data in Google Sheets / Excel.
A modern smartphone with a high-quality camera for recording short-form content.
