Role Summary

We are seeking a creative analytical and highly strategic Marketing Manager to champion our luxury brand identity and drive high-value commercial growth. This role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand prestige generate qualified leads and support revenue expansion. The ideal candidate combines luxury-brand sensibility with strong data-driven decision-making and excels in managing external creative partners to deliver world-class marketing outputs in a lean fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Define uphold and protect the brand identity across all digital physical and print touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify premium opportunities and stay ahead of luxury design trends.
  • Shape product positioning personas messaging and value propositions translating them into integrated marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI on all contracted services.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy across platforms (Instagram Pinterest LinkedIn Facebook) focusing on brand validation and aspirational storytelling rather than generic engagement.
  • Direct external creative partnersphotographers videographers designers copywritersto produce high-quality content including project photography videos blogs and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the website and implement SEO strategies to ensure it operates as a world-class digital validation tool that attracts high-value prospects.
  • Execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (ABM LinkedIn A&D targeting Google Ads social ads) to generate premium leads and promote exclusive collections.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
  • Design and implement campaigns focused on Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs) delivering a consistent pipeline of high-ticket prospects to the sales team.
  • Develop premium sales enablement tools including luxury brochures custom lookbooks product guides and pitch materials.
  • Track analyze and report on campaign performance (MQLs conversion rates ROI) using CRM and marketing analytics tools.

Public Relations & Events
  • Cultivate strong relationships with architects interior designers developers journalists and influencers to secure media exposure and strategic partnerships.
  • Plan and execute a limited number of exclusive high-impact eventssuch as private launches curated client dinners and trade workshopsto elevate brand prestige and drive qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing preferably within the luxury segment (bespoke furniture design architecture or premium B2C/B2B).

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with emphasis on visual storytelling (Instagram Pinterest) and high-quality content creation.

  • Experience managing external creative resources to deliver premium outputs within budget.

  • Experience in Trade Marketing (Architect & Designer networks) relationship-building and partner program development.

  • Strong command of marketing analytics (Google Analytics) CRM systems and budget management.

  • A visual portfolio demonstrating luxury brand marketing and campaign execution.
