Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Human Resources function aligning HR strategy with the companys business objectives.
Drive recruitment and talent acquisition across all levels to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Oversee performance management systems appraisals and career development plans.
Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Foster employee engagement motivation and a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee relations and grievance management with fairness and empathy.
Ensure adherence to payroll processes statutory compliance and HR policies.
Partner with management to drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 1520 years of progressive HR experience including proven leadership in HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR strategy talent management labor laws and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
