Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who can work closely with customers and engineering teams. The role requires strong technical understanding (backend integrations cloud) and the ability to handle customer discussions requirements and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Work with customers to understand requirements and convert them into technical tasks.

Own the product roadmap and prioritize features.

Coordinate with engineering teams for delivery of features and bug fixes.

Review API behavior logs backend flows and integrations.

Lead customer calls and provide technical explanations or troubleshooting.

Work with internal teams (DevOps QA Engineering) to ensure smooth releases.

Document features workflows and integrations clearly.

Required Technical Skills

Programming & Frameworks

Strong understanding of C C# JavaScript/TypeScript

Preferred exposure: Python GoLang

Familiarity with NUnit

Ability to review logs API payloads error traces and technical designs.

Databases

PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis / MemoryDB / ElastiCache

Time-series DBs such as InfluxDB TimescaleDB

Strong understanding of schema design indexing and data flows.

Cloud & DevOps

AWS / Azure / GCP (AWS preferred)

Linux server fundamentals

Containerization (Docker Kubernetes)

CI/CD pipelines IaC concepts

Monitoring & observability tools (CloudWatch ELK etc.)

Security & Integration

OAuth JWT HTTPS API key management

SDK/edge device integrations (Dahua Hikvision etc.)

Understanding microservices APIs and integration patterns

Customer-Facing & Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Excellent requirement analysis and translation to technical actions

Ability to handle live customer troubleshooting

Clear presentation and documentation skills

Strong problem-solving and priority management capabilities

Team-oriented collaborative and proactive mindset

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science IT or related discipline
6 years of experience spanning backend development integrations product engineering or technical support
Experience in video platforms IoT systems or device integrations preferred
Prior experience in Product Owner/Manager Solution Architect or Technical Lead roles is a strong advantage.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Python and frameworks like FastAPI Flask or Django. Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP. Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB or similar). Experience with Git and agile development workflows. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
