Job Summary

We are hiring for the below role

Remote opportunity

But must be willing to occasionally travel to Bangalore Udupi Hyderabad and Chandigarh.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in Project Management and Operations
MBA preferred with specialization in Finance and Operations
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Financial / US Tax
Exposure to Tax operation Finance operations and Compliance processes (if any)
Team handling and managing experience
Personality of a Leader and with good convincing ability
International Client handeling experience
Focus on Service Delivery Governance (Monitor resource utilization & workload Track SLAs and delivery timelines Provide structured reporting to leadership)
Proficiency in Advanced Excel Google Workspace and Project management tools (Building dashboards presenting leadership reports)
Open to handling different projects
Experience in supporting Stakeholders and Leadership
Experience in Knowledge Transfer & Transition Management (Lead end-to-end F&A transitions Identify knowledge gaps & risks Coordinate structured KT sessions)
Must have an understanding of US Accounting (US GAAP basics AP / AR processes AP / AR processes Reconciliations DSO / DPO)
Hands-on experience with Process improvement and Change management (Identifying inefficiencies introducing workflow improvements implementing automation)
