Job Summary
Provide first-line response to platform-generated alerts and ensure timely notification to relevant internal teams and stakeholders
Follow defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to ensure accurate and consistent alert delivery
Gather relevant information from multiple internal monitoring and support systems and collate it in a clear structured manner for customer and internal consumption
Validate alerts and escalate incidents strictly as per defined severity guidelines and playbooks
Maintain high standards of accuracy timeliness and documentation in all alert-related activities
Collaborate effectively with internal teams across shifts to ensure continuity of monitoring and handovers
What This Role Does NOT Involve
Deep technical troubleshooting or root cause analysis
Making configuration or production changes
Owning incident resolution beyond initial notification and handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS TCP/IP and general networking concepts
Ability to analyze alerts prioritize tasks and escalate appropriately using predefined workflows
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated attention to detail process discipline and reliability
Ability to work collaboratively in a 24 7 operations environment
