Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily logistics warehousing transportation and inventory tasks.
- Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Team Management: Train mentor and evaluate staff performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors carriers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years experience in logistics supply chain or warehousing.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead motivate and manage a team.
