We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our HR team as Recruiters. The role involves sourcing screening and selecting top talent.
Welcome candidates from all domains as we believe in your potential to excel in HR Recruitment vertical.
As a Recruiter your
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and databases.
- Screening: Review resumes conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for building relationships and connecting with people
- Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline.
- Any Undergraduate / Graduate fresher experience both can apply
- Experience in recruitment or in BPO calling will be preffered.
- First 45 days will be as intern - 5k stipend will be paid.
- Post that depending on performance/attendance/discipline will convert into full time with 13k inhand salary.
- Work from office - No hybrid or WFH.
- Shift - 10am to 7pm
