Job Summary:
A detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage Recruitment HR operations Entire employee lifecycle management and provide admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (TA) -
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through job portals referrals and social media
Screen resumes schedule interviews and coordinate interview processes
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist with offer letters onboarding documentation and joining formalities
2. HR Operations -
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities (documentation induction exit interviews).
Maintain employee records personnel files and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance leave and employee data.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement performance management training coordination learning & development activities.
3. Data MIS & Reporting-
Maintain and update HR databases (employee master data attendance leave payroll inputs).
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS reports.
Track HR metrics such as attrition hiring status absenteeism and headcount.
Support audits by providing required HR data and reports.
4. Administrative Support-
Manage office administration activities (vendor coordination office supplies housekeeping).
Support travel arrangements meeting coordination and internal communications.
Assist in maintaining compliance documents and statutory records.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources with strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint (advanced Excel preferred).
Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
MBA or bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
