We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage end-to-end social media activities from strategy and scripting to shoot execution and performance analysis.
This role involves managing internal and client brands building their social presence driving engagement and ensuring that every piece of content aligns with business goals.
The ideal candidate is strategic creative analytical and experienced in handling shoots creators and content pipelines from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly social media strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Write scripts captions and content outlines for reels campaigns and long-form storytelling.
- Lead and execute shoots pre-production on-ground coordination and creative direction.
- Ensure brand channels are optimized for organic reach and platform best practices.
- Drive follower growth engagement rate and conversions as per company targets.
- Maintain response time benchmarks for comments and DMs.
- Deliver qualified website traffic and leads through social media efforts.
- Optimize content journeys to achieve target conversion rates.
- Ensure 100% adherence to content calendars shoot schedules and posting timelines.
- Identify top-performing content trends and replicate success patterns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives captions and CTAs.
- Monitor brand mentions and sentiment to maintain a positive brand identity.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Media Communications Advertising or a related field.
Experience & Expertise :
- 34 years of hands-on experience managing social media strategy content and analytics.
- Deep understanding of Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and (Twitter) including algorithms analytics and ads.
- Proficiency in tools such as Zoho Social or Vista Social.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills for short and long-form content.
- Proven ability to plan and execute shoots with production teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT Perplexity and Gemini for ideation and research.
- Proficiency in Canva Adobe Express and mobile editing tools like CapCut and InShot.
- Knowledge of paid promotions and social listening tools (preferred).
- Strong ability to analyse metrics and convert data into practical insights.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills suitable for different platforms.
- Consistent ability to maintain brand voice and visual identity.
- Strong organisational skills for managing multiple brands and calendars.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with design content strategy and client teams.
