Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain desktop hardware/software (Windows Office 365)
  • Troubleshoot issues via helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory
  • Support mobile devices (iOS/Android)
  • Ensure security with anti-virus and encryption tools


Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic with valid working permit in Egypt or Egptian ctizienship preferred
  • CompTIA A or MCP certification preferred
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • At leats 1 to 2 years of professional IT troubleshooting work expeirence
