Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all incoming service call
- Work with service advisors and service manager accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle repairs
- Provide overview and proper documentation for loaner fleet and loaner agreements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
