Bob Maxey Lincoln is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing off-site vehicle service appointments for our mobile service unit and out in house service department. Youll serve as the key point of contact between the customer and technician ensuring a smooth professional and efficient service experience whether at the customers home business or fleet location for our mobile service unit.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all mobile service customers
Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments efficiently
- Schedule appointments for our service department efficiently.
- Track your number of out going calls for review.
Conduct walkarounds and vehicle intake at the customers location when necessary
Communicate clearly with customers about service needs estimates and next steps
Document customer concerns review work orders and obtain approvals for additional services
Ensure proper follow-up after services are completed
Assist with mobile service van inventory management and preparation
Work closely with technicians and the fixed ops team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Promote dealership services and build lasting relationships with mobile service clients
Qualifications
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
Strong communication time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
Familiarity with dealership DMSsystems is a plus but not required
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service
