What Are We Looking For

As a mid-senior BI Analyst you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial data into actionable insights through advanced Power BI reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams drive data-driven decision-making and continuously improve reporting processes within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Processing: Gather clean and process large datasets from diverse financial sources to ensure robust and reliable analysis.

• Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends patterns and key business drivers delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Power BI Report Development: Design develop and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Finance and business needs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings and recommendations to Finance Commercial Operations and Digital teams ensuring clarity and impact.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to enhance financial processes reporting automation and data quality.

• Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile teams leveraging Microsoft DevOps for backlog management sprint planning and iterative delivery

Key Success Criterias / KPIs

• Expansion and maintenance of a self-service Power BI reports portfolio.

• High stakeholder satisfaction with reporting solutions and insights.

• Demonstrated impact on data-driven decision-making in Finance.

• Continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality

Required education experience and job-related skills

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.

• 36 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI in a Finance context.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting accounting or controlling.

• Experience working in Agile teams; familiarity with Microsoft DevOps is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of DataBricks is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English
