What Youll Do

• Lead and Inspire: Coach and mentor technology professionals foster a culture of accountability and champion change resilience.
• Drive Strategic Delivery: Oversee multi-vendor portfolios enable agile practices and ensure transparency in execution.
• Collaborate for Impact: Partner with senior leaders to align technology initiatives with business priorities and growth strategies.
• Shape Technology Direction: Guide enterprise architecture and modernization efforts to support scalable secure platforms.
• Ensure Governance & Risk Management: Maintain roadmaps governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets resource allocation and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Champion Innovation: Promote emerging technologies and practices to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (MBA or similar graduate degree is an asset).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology or related fields with a track record of leading complex initiatives and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate enterprise goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative visible management style that builds trust and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
• Ability to foster innovation continuous improvement and change resilience across teams.

Assets

• Certifications such as PMP Agile (SAFe PMI-ACP) TOGAF and Prosci.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and large-scale delivery.
