Job Summary
V2X is growing and were looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! This role is a critical part of our Manufacturing and Depot Operations (MDO) helping the team harness data to drive operational excellence and improve decision-making. The successful candidate will collect analyze and report on data from S4/HANA and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement and support proactive management of key operational areas.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze operational data from S4/HANA and other systems to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Build reports and dashboards to communicate data findings and empower MDO Leadership with meaningful actionable information.
- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in operations using data-driven insights highlighting areas needing attention.
- Provide analytics support for operational efficiency projects process improvements and performance metrics tracking.
- Proactively research and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 13 years of experience in a data-focused role OR demonstrable expertise in analyzing large datasets and leveraging ERP systems like S4/HANA.
- Must be a US Citizen with active US Government Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Skills & Technology Used:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables formulas data models Power Query etc.).
- Experience working with S4/HANA or similar ERP/reporting systems preferred.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Analytics Supply Chain Management Business Computer Science or related discipline).
