In this role you will have a significant impact on the organization byleveragingyourexpertisein business systems analysis toidentifyopportunities for process improvement streamline workflows andoptimizesystem functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Working with clients to understand their business requirements and HR processes.

  • Solution Design and Configuration:

Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules accordingly.

  • Training and Support:

Providing end-user training creating documentation and offering ongoing support for the implemented system.

  • Project Management:

Assistingwith project planning timelines and resource allocation.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Identifyingand resolving functional and technical issues related to the Oracle Fusion HCM system.

  • System Optimization and Enhancement:

Identifyingopportunities to improve processes and recommending system enhancements.

  • Integration and Data Migration:

Assistingwith data migration from legacy systems and integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

  • Subject Matter Expertise:

Providing expert advice and guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and best practices.

  • Staying Updated:

Keepingup-to-datewith the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features updates and industry trendsincluding Quarterly upgrades.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Functional Expertise:Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Core HR Setups and dependent setups for Talent Acquisition Talent ManagementLearning Absence Workforce Compensation
  • Enterprise structuresWork Structures with PositionManagement
  • Employee and Manager Self Service Functionality
  • Compensation including Salary Basis Grade Grade Rates
  • Scheduled Jobs
  • JourneysRedwood/VBCS
  • OTBIReporting; FDIReportingand OIC experience is a plus

  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and setups.
  • Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) Fast Formulas BI Publisher OTBI and HCM Extracts.
  • Understanding of security roles data privacy and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Familiarity toleverageAI/Geni/AI Agents
  • Consulting Skills:Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Skills:Ability to manage projects timelines and resources effectively.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements.
  • Experience:Several years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations including configuration testing and training.


Qualifications

Desired Qualification:

  • Experience ofat least3 end-endimplementationof Oracle Cloud HCMfor mid-large scalecustomers.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in one or more HCM modules.
  • Ability to useHSDLHDLREST and / or SOAP APIfor dataloadintoout ofOracleCloud HCM.
  • Great articulationpresentationand communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Managementincluding but not limited to SI PartnersSponsors IT team ArchitectsManagement.
  • Strong MS Office skills specifically Word Excel PowerPoint.
