As an HR Recruiter you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our business objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. We offer a competitive salary range of 25000 - 35000 monthly along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding is a plus
