Manage complete hiring cycle from sourcing to joining

Coordinate PF & ESIC registrations challans and filings

Maintain employee master data personal files and contracts

Track attendance leaves and share payroll inputs monthly

Handle induction joining formalities and exit processes

Address employee queries related to HR & statutory matters

Support audits compliance records and statutory registers

Coordinate with consultants payroll vendors and management
Qualification:

Graduate (HR / Commerce / Management)

MBA / PGDM in HR is a plus
