Job Summary
Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Fort Walton Beach FL
Shifts:
Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation:
$26.40 $36.30/hr (10 years experience)
$39.60/hr (18 years experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10000 Days
$15000 Nights

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU RN to join our this role you will provide high-acuity care perform rapid assessments and exercise independent clinical judgment. You will collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
Educate patients and families on medications treatments and care plans
Deliver high-quality focused care to critically ill patients
Support a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU ER or CVICU experience (within last 3 years)
PCU/IMCU experience considered with 2 years experience
Active Florida RN license or eligible multistate compact license (Compact holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
BSN preferred; CCRN preferred
Additional Certifications Required:
ACLS within 90 days of hire
BLS within 30 days of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
TNCC within 90 days
