BreakFree on Cashel Christchurch are looking for a Permanent Full Time Rooms Division Manager with a positive can do attitude and fantastic sense of humour to join our team.
You will provide operational leadership across the Front Office and Reservations team while ensuring high standards of providing guest experiences and service recovery. There will be times when you will need to attend to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and provide total customer satisfaction while complying with hotel health and security procedures. We are looking for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering consistent and high quality customer service.
Qualifications :
2-3 years of hotel operations experience in Front Office.
Passion for customer service.
Experience with Opera cloud system preferred.
Experience and knowledge of health and safety compliance.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Efficient communication and interpersonal skills
