Develop the Operations team with a clear focus on personal Development and driving business success through people.
Support operational teams to drive performance across all service streams particularly retail and
hospitality.
Drive company culture and ensure alignment between values mission and day-to-day
operations. Create a culture of equity diversity and inclusion.
Develop long-term trusting relationships with clients and potential future clients
Ensure that all locations achieve as a minimum the financial targets agreed with the client in line with budget
Produce annual budgets and performance reviews in line with the client financial year and company procedures and to ensure budgets are achieved or exceeded
Ensure that client expectations of services are consistently met or exceeded and developed
Keep abreast of market trends in food and beverage.
Ensure restaurant development and marketing plans are actively used in each location and review on each location visit
Challenge the status quo in order to achieve a culture dedicated to continuous improvement and best practice
Assist in winning new contracts and retaining existing contracts. Play a crucial role in optimizing and driving our business growth within the Irish market and also developing brand recognition and having a strong network within the Food Hospitality industry.
Ability to analyse market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Be aware of changes in client and customers needs and respond proactively
Build and manage effective relationships with sister companies to ensure seamless service in client sites where we work together
Qualifications :

Draw satisfaction from managing training and supporting a team
Excellent negotiating skills
Financially and commercially astute
Previous experience in an Operations Director or Senior Operations Manager role ideally in Foodservice or Hospitality.
Strong understanding of report writing and financial management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and work with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent delegation and influencing skills
Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
Ability to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client
Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
