Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field; advanced certifications or training in Food & Beverage Culinary Arts or Luxury Hospitality Management are an advantage.
- F&B Leadership Experience: Extensive senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within upscale or luxury hotels or resorts managing complex multi-outlet operations and large diverse teams.
- Operational and Service Excellence: Proven track record in implementing service rituals SOPs quality standards and operational processes aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.
- Culinary and Beverage Expertise: Deep passion and knowledge of culinary arts beverage programs and refined service standards with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance.
- Commercial and Strategic Acumen: Strong understanding of market trends revenue management pricing strategies and financial stewardship to drive profitable business performance.
- Global Perspective with Local Sensitivity: Experience working in international hospitality environments cross-cultural teams or global luxury brands with the ability to adapt best practices to local culture and guest expectations.
