Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting an Experienced Integration Analyst with a strong background in integrations.

As the Integration Lead in our EMEA Integration Hub (iHUB) team you will develop and maintain regional system integrations within the AWS cloud ecosystem. Youll collaborate closely with business and product teams and to ensure our integration platform is both meeting immediate business demands and evolving toward our strategic Integration Platform North Star a unified API- and event-driven platform with zero-touch AI-assisted integration summary this role spans bothimmediate integration tasksandforward-looking initiatives.

Your work will enable seamless data flow and interoperability across a diverse application landscape improving how quickly and reliably different systems (CRM Web Analytics etc.) can talk to each other. Equally important you will be instrumental in modernizing our integration approach adopting best practices like contract-first API design event streaming and automated DevOps pipelines so that over time integration processes become more self-service intelligent and require less manual effort to deploy or manage.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.A strong foundationin software engineering principles and system design is essential.

Integration Expertise:Hands-on experience designing and building integrations between enterprise should be proficient withcloud integration services and middleware and understanding when to apply them isrequired.

Technical Skills:Solid understanding of theSDLCand software development best practices for integration (version control CI/CD code reviews). Experience with common dev tools like Git and JIRA. Strong grasp ofdata exchange techniques(REST/JSON SOAP/XML streaming) and database concepts; ability to work with data formats and transformations (SQL JSON etc.).

Forward-Looking Mindset:Adaptable and eager tolearnevolving technologies. You stayup-to-dateon industry trends in integration such as emergingiPaaSsolutions event-driven architectures and AI innovations in integration ( mapping integration bots). Aproactive mindsetwith a passion for continuous learning improvement and innovation will help drive our platforms evolution.

Agentic AI & Machine Learning Expertise: Understanding of Agentic AI principles and Machine Learning technologies to enable intelligent autonomous integration solutions and enhance automation capabilities.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:Excellent analytical skills to dissect complex integration issues spanning multiple systems. Ability to troubleshoot data mismatches performance bottlenecks security issues etc. and guide teams to effective solutions.

Communication & Collaboration:Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can translate business needs into technical requirements (and vice versa) and clearly document designs. Experience working incross-functional teamsor matrix organizations is a plus this role requires close collaboration with business analysts product owners developers and sometimes directly with business users.

Team & Leadership:Enjoy working in a regionaldiverse team environment and able to mentor junior engineers or guide vendor developers when needed. While this is not a people-manager role youarea technical leader you influence by example share knowledge and can coordinate efforts across teams to achieve integrationobjectives.
