Supplier billing and claims
- Oversee and optimize supplier billing and claims processes ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance with contractual agreements. Ensure that all operations run smoothly.
- Be accountable for revenue and support internal teams in revenue-related activities.
- Support sales recovery and administrative procedures.
Portfolio management and improvement
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers ensuring smooth data integration contract setup and process alignment across teams.
- Establish clear communication channels working rhythms and processes with suppliers for the maintenance of day-to-day operations.
Data expert
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and financial indicators identifying areas for improvement and supporting decision-making.
- Develop and maintain ad hoc reporting dashboards to monitor key KPIs related to revenue and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between teams ensuring alignment on updates new processes and strategic changes. Act as a point of contact for process documentation ensuring that new initiatives are well documented and easily accessible.
Project management and internal support
- Act as the main liaison between the Offer & Revenue (O&R) team and internal teams to support the growth of partnerships.
- Identify and automate operational inefficiencies within the O&R department.
- Support the rollout of new processes and tools including documentation training and post-launch troubleshooting.
