We are seeking an experienced bilingual Talent Management Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team in Colombia. This role provides operational support for Talent Management processes for Spanish-speaking employees in the US and LATAM ensuring seamless execution of performance cycles talent reviews learning programs and data accuracy in Workday.
As a linguistic and cultural bridge the specialist enhances the employee experience by ensuring accurate Spanish-language communication and alignment with US and LATAM talent governance standards. This is a work-from-office role.
- Serve as the primary Talent Management contact for Spanish-speaking employees and managers ensuring clear timely and culturally aligned communication.
- Administer performance management cycles talent reviews succession planning activities and learning assignments in Workday ensuring all instructions and updates are accurately conveyed in Spanish.
- Maintain and validate talent datagoals ratings development plans succession plans and learning completionsto ensure accuracy consistency and bilingual clarity.
- Translate and adapt talent communications guides templates and training materials into Spanish to ensure comprehension and inclusivity.
- Support LATAM expansion efforts by conducting preliminary talent data analysis and providing regional insights.
- Collaborate closely with the US Talent & Culture COE to ensure consistent application of talent policies and operational alignment across Spanish-speaking employee populations.
- Prepare and update documents trackers and reports to support talent governance activities.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of HR administration Talent Management Learning & Development or related HR operations experience.
- Experience supporting international or Spanish-speaking employee groups preferred.
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Talent Performance and Learning modules.
- Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development Psychology or related field; Masters preferred.
