Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a Web3-native compliance-aware leader to drive the strategic set-up of our DAO and decentralized foundation and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.

You will help establish the legal operational and technical framework for a DAO-governed ecosystem supporting Unicoinˣ and its governance token (ú) ensuring compliance with emerging regulations such as MiCA while building a scalable and transparent token issuance model for the next phase of our projects evolution.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience working across legal product and marketing teams and is passionate about shaping the infrastructure of next-generation tokenized organizations.

Key Responsibilities

DAO & Foundation Creation

  • Design the structure purpose and legal wrapper for a decentralized foundation and DAO entity.
  • Coordinate with legal partners to establish governance charters multisig wallets and token-voting infrastructure.
  • Define DAO participation rules smart contract ownership and contributor incentives.
  • Lead regulatory analysis around foundation incorporation (e.g. in Switzerland Cayman Liechtenstein etc.).

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with MiCA and other relevant frameworks (CASP licensing KYC/AML disclosures).
  • Support the preparation and/or review of whitepapers risk matrices legal opinions and token classification memos.
  • Coordinate with local legal teams for filings and communications with regulators (especially in the EU).
  • Help define disclosure obligations across token classes (utility governance equity-linked).

Required Qualifications

  • 35 years in crypto/web3 strategy compliance or DAO development.
  • Proven experience launching a DAO or helping structure decentralized foundations.
  • Strong familiarity with MiCA token classifications and regulatory risk frameworks.
  • Fluent in English; legal or operational experience in the EU or Switzerland is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in law economics or political science with focus on blockchain governance.
  • Experience preparing MiCA filings whitepapers or CASP registration documents.
  • Strong network across DAO tooling ecosystems (Snapshot Tally Gnosis Safe Aragon etc.).
  • Familiarity with DAO treasury operations and contributor compensation models.
