As a Manager or Senior Manager in our market leading Deals Transaction Services team youll play a vital role in leading due diligence and advisory projects helping clients understand and uncover the financial DNA of businesses to make informed decisions that maximise their sale or purchase. Youll work with global and domestic private equity funds infrastructure funds ASX listed and large privately owned corporate clients providing high-quality financial due diligence.

What youll do:

• Cultivate and leverage a broad network of relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes for our people clients and broader stakeholders fostering collaboration and long-term value creation
• Provide insightful data-driven financial due diligence and commercial analysis that informs strategic decision-making for our market-leading clients ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations
• Identify and articulate key value drivers by deeply understanding client businesses delivering financial insights that build client confidence and support the achievement of transaction objectives.
• Conduct rigorous independent strategic reviews of deal transactions offering objective perspectives that enhance transaction integrity and stakeholder confidence
• Champion the integration of emerging technologies including AI and innovative digital tools to elevate engagement delivery enrich client experience and continuously enhance your digital capabilities and agility
• Lead mentor and inspire high-performing teams fostering trusted relationships and developing future leaders by empowering and growing their technical and commercial expertise

What were looking for:

• Team player with a positive can do attitude to challenges who is able to work under pressure across multiple engagements
• Background in transaction services assurance services (e.g. external audit) corporate finance or valuations
• Proficiency in using digital tools and emerging technologies in financial analysis.
• Able to analyse complex financial information and communicate findingsin a clear concise and understandable manner to clients stakeholders and team members.
• Utilise your commercial and business acumen to understand market trends assess business opportunities and provide strategic insights that enhance client value.
• Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
• Demonstrate an ability to develop lasting internal and client relationships
