As our HR Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting key HR functions and fostering positive employee experiences across Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health. You will be an integral part of our HR team working closely with our Centers of Excellence to build strong partnerships and enhance our operational efficiency.
- Facilitating manager and employee self-service transactions within our HR systems guiding users troubleshooting issues and empowering them to manage their own data effectively.
- Meticulously ensuring the accuracy completeness and confidentiality of all employee data across various HR systems and platforms. This includes conducting regular audits updating records and maintaining compliance.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department including scheduling meetings managing correspondence maintaining HR files and preparing reports as needed.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate General Studies and three years of relevant experience upon hire required.
- Associates Other Associates Degree and one year of relevant experience upon hire required.
- Bachelors Other Bachelors Degree and one year of relevant experience upon hire required.
