SUMMARY
Responsible for evaluation and coaching for students grades 1-12 (sometimes college students) with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. Develop and implement appropriate goals and objectives that meet the needs of each individual. Manage the administrative duties related to the ADHD and executive functioning coaching program and supervise other coaches. Job requirements include consistently acting in a kind and respectful manner that positively impacts the communicative academic social and emotional success of every person that you are working with.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
Provide one-on-one ADHD/EF Coaching using evidence-based practices
Conduct intake interviews and initial assessments and meet with families to review results and recommendations
Differentiate instruction based on students individual needs
Communication
Communicate openly and frequently with students parents/guardians regarding student progress scheduling academic and/or social/emotional concerns.
Provide recommendations for continued coaching and/or discharge from services based on progress to students parents/guardians
When provided with written permission from students parents/guardians communicate about student progress and/or collaborate with the students outside providers (e.g. teachers special education team therapists etc.).
Check GLO email daily and respond in a timely manner to all communication from internal staff (manager operations etc.)
Lesson Planning & Paperwork
Prepare initial assessments for all new students.
Plan lessons that are tailored to students specific needs.
Print copy and prep any lesson plan materials before a student arrives.
Take data and keep notes during sessions in order to modify and prepare plans for the next session as well as monitor student progress.
Continuously monitor progress
Keep lesson plans and materials organized and easily accessible.
Provide multimodal instruction whenever possible taking into consideration individual strengths and weaknesses to allow every person the opportunity to reach his or her full potential.
Administrative duties
Schedule all sessions in Salesforce prior to the first session date of the coaching package.
Check-in all sessions in Salesforce on the day they occurred.
Trainings and Meetings
Attend all required meetings and trainings including all required safety and professional development trainings.
Continue to develop professional knowledge of ADHD Coaching learning disabilities communication disorders other areas of diagnoses relative to clients who exhibit challenges with attention and executive functioning through attendance at conferences workshops in-service meetings and reading professional journals.
Managerial Duties
Support Learning Center (LC) leadership coaches and families to consistently achieve enrollment and financial goals
Set up initial schedules for all ADHD/EF coaching clients and connect them with their service provider
Work with the LC Operations team to oversee Salesforce and identify issues such as tracking hours managing session packages and communication with families and support ongoing Salesforce training
Primary point of contact for all new/waitlisted coaching clients
Manage coaching contracts waitlist client communication and scheduling
Lead department meetings/individual check-ins with ADHD/EF coaches
Identify hiring needs and in collaboration with HR and the Director recruit interview and hire coaches.
Prepares onboarding materials and schedule onboarding training for new hires and executes onboarding for new coaches
Attend select coaches sessions identify coaching opportunities and communicate success and challenges to the Director
Prepare and execute mass communication to coaching families regarding coaching season dates processes and status
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with faculty staff leadership administration community members and students in person by phone e-mail and in writing. Respond to all inquiries within one to two business days.
Complete professional projects and complete various professional tasks as requested by the Director of Learning Center Individualized Programs and the Director of the Learning Center.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education Experience and Credentials
BA/BS required
2 years of experience working with school-aged children with ADHD/executive functioning challenges as an educator learning specialist therapist counselor coach speech-language pathologist occupational therapist etc.
ADHD or life coaching certification
Successful experience working with clients in a fee-based service model
Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Continue personal and professional development.
High level of proficiency in Google Platforms such as Google Forms Sheets Docs etc.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must be able to:
Hear speak and communicate effectively in the English language including following oral and written instructions in order to communicate with people inside and outside the organization.
Sit at a desk for extended periods of time and perform long hours of work sitting or standing at a computer.
Able to push/pull/lift/move up to 20 lbs occasionally
Apply manual dexterity and visual acuity for computer keyboarding and office equipment use and to review detailed reports and information.
Move around the school and office area repeatedly throughout the day.
