Job Summary

In anticipation of a contract award we are looking for a FOIA Support Specialist who will provideanalysis and administrative support for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and related procurement documentation. This role ensures compliance with federal transparency regulations while maintaining operational security and supporting timely accurate responses.

What Youll Do

  • Review and analyze contract files and other government documentation to respond to FOIA requests.
  • Apply federal procurement and transparency regulations including the FAR FOIA and Privacy Act.
  • Develop and maintain documentation spreadsheets and communications using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Identify evaluate and recommend solutions to complex FOIA and procurement-related issues.
  • Protect and manage procurement-sensitive law enforcement-sensitive and other secure information.


Must Haves

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited U.S. college or university (transcripts required).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Procurement Analyst or FOIA Specialist roles.
  • Experience applying qualitative and analytical techniques to resolve complex FOIA issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain operational security (OPSEC) and report concerns as needed.


Nice to Haves

  • Bachelors degree in business information management contracting or law.
  • Experience managing procurement-sensitive law enforcement-sensitive or other secure information.
