Group/Division

The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs builds sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future including AI data centers automotive and electronic devices. Semi PCs differentiated inspection metrology and data analytic systems discover characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem including high-performance logic chips advanced memory chips specialty semiconductors wafers reticles advanced packaging process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies close collaborations and a dynamic global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research engineering sales marketing and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers success.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description

  • Focus on advanced DRAM technology HVM fab capable of identifying customer technical needs from advanced technology area to productionoffer product solution to win business/support customer needs.
  • Sales process & product knowledge: Well-understand product knowledge &sales process (Value People) to bridge customer and internal teams including diverse business units.
  • Capable identify opportunities risk under ambiguity customer environment and develop strategy to manage account and maximal company business and share.
  • Responsible for KLA product shipment slots management on assigned accounts and take ownership to internal on shipment tracking communication and follow up actions.
  • Account management able tohandlechallenges/hurdles which include and not limit to service and application related cases at coverage account for KLA products in assigned accounts.
  • Build and deepen customer relationships with and bring to internal high level management team to help KLA grow new business opportunities. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Generating and developing business growth opportunities working collaboratively in matrix environment in order to optimize business results and open up opportunities with key customers.
  • Understand assigned customers technology footprint strategic growth plans and business drivers technology strategy and competitive landscape.
  • Drive business development forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Essential Skills

  • Identifies industries and represents best advanced technology available resources to become familiar with key issues affecting the businesses needing our services and identifies potential advanced technology customers with the characteristics and business need for our products/ for successful prospect identification.
  • Maintains an appropriate number of leads for qualification as maintains supply of leads and connects targeting characteristics to prospects.
  • Drives sales strategies with effectively communicating products and clearly presenting our products/services and their value in meeting the prospects business an emphasis on profit while making the is emphasized to prospect.
  • Closing the Sales: Paces the presentation deals with objections/stalls and moves to the close in a timely manner with good closing ratio while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
  • Efficiently coordinates the relationship between the customer and our product delivery team to ensure a good beginning to our relationship with the in the resolution of any difficulties.
  • Ongoing Support: Appropriately participates in delivering good quality with both the customer and our customer support people to maintain a good customer service relationship.
  • Account management and maintain relationships. Actively supervises the customers perception of our organization and works to keep a satisfactory result with the customer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5-8 years of field sales or marketing experience in semiconductor industry on advance technology process background is strongly preferred.

  • Experience of working with matrix team to achieve business objectives. Equipped with dealing partners in complex implementation projects including product division and customers.

  • Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.

  • Mobility of local business travel.
