About the Role
As a Contract Manager you will ensure agreements deliver maximum value while meeting business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will manage the full contract lifecycle from entering agreements and implementation to performance monitoring and vendor relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all contract management activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Lead meetings with internal teams and vendors
Oversee contract implementation and monitor SLA performance
Identify and escalate SLA deviations; recommend corrective actions
Prepare KPI reports and track performance against business objectives
Conduct vendor assessments including quality reviews and audits
Collaborate with Legal Procurement Security and Compliance teams
Support sourcing and procurement negotiations
Requirements
Must-Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role
Academic degree in Law Engineering or related field
Fluent in Swedish and English both written and verbal
Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
Proficient in contract management processes
Solid understanding of Swedish and English contract conditions including implementation and follow-up of complex agreements
Required Skills: Agreements Coupa Contract Management Stakeholder Management
Good-to-Have
Preferred IT skills: MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Experience in telecom technology or similar industries
Demonstrated flexibility speed and commitment in responding to business challenges
