Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Business lessons across KS4KS5
Teach GCSE Business and contribute to A-Level Business Studies curriculum
Plan engaging lessons that bring business concepts markets and real-world case studies to life
Use assessment data to monitor progress and provide targeted intervention
Contribute to curriculum development enrichment activities and enterprise initiatives
Maintain high expectations of behaviour academic performance and student engagement
Participate in department meetings CPD and wider school activities

About You

A degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field
QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4KS5
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Business education
Commitment to driving excellent outcomes and student progress
Ability to inspire motivate and engage learners of all abilities
