School Administrator
27000 to 32000 per annum (depending on experience)
Wembley North West London
An exciting opportunity to join the central office of a nationally renowned secondary school recognised for its exceptionally high standards and led by a world-famous headmistress.
This is a fast-paced high-pressure office environment and not a quiet admin role. It is well suited to a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a serious career within administration and gain exposure to senior leadership and pastoral teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy school office
- Managing enquiries records and administrative processes accurately
- Working closely with senior staff and pastoral colleagues
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times
The ideal candidate:
- A graduate or career-minded individual looking to develop within admin
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident resilient and able to work under pressure
- Reliable personable and comfortable taking responsibility
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 16:30
