A large diverse secondary academy (KS3KS5) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with SLT in developing workforce strategy managing complex ER cases and driving organisational improvement. This is a senior HR role with strategic input.
Lead on ER cases including grievance disciplinary and capability
Provide coaching to leaders on HR policy and workforce planning
Deliver HR reports and analysis for governors and trust leaders
Oversee HR Assistants and ensure smooth daily HR operations
Support on restructures TUPE and change management
Coordinate CPD and talent development initiatives
CIPD Level 5 required; Level 7 desirable
Strong ER experience within a school MAT or public sector
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
