Responsibilities:

Create wireframes mockups and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications.
Maintain and evolve design documentation component libraries and visual assets.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the design system.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineers to refine user flows and interaction patterns.
Ensure usability accessibility and visual consistency across products and platforms.
Deliver clear and organized design handoffs to development teams.
Participate in discussions to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces across different fidelity levels from early wireframes to polished UI screens.
Develop document and maintain design guidelines patterns and reusable components.
Help shape and expand the companys design system ensuring alignment across teams.
Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to optimize user journeys and interaction flows.
Guarantee that all digital products follow principles of usability accessibility and visual coherence.
Prepare well-structured design deliverables for development teams ensuring smooth implementation.
Contribute to planning sessions offering design perspectives that support business and product objectives.

Profile & Skills

Proven experience in defining and evolving large-scale design systems.
Advanced command of Figma including component structuring prototyping and collaborative workflows.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and UI craftsmanship for web-based solutions.
Ability to transform functional and technical requirements into clear intuitive user experiences.
Solid understanding of information architecture interaction models and user behavior.
Skilled in producing comprehensive documentation from design specs to interaction guidelines.
Excellent communication abilities and ease working with multidisciplinary teams.
English fluency is mandatory for daily communication and documentation.

Additional Advantages

Experience designing for enterprise environments or complex B2B platforms.
Awareness of frontend concepts and the constraints of modern web technologies.
Familiarity with accessibility practices and inclusive design.
Exposure to user research interviews or usability evaluations.
