Tasks
- Promote and enroll clients in our personal growth and e-learning programs.
- Use digital marketing channels (social media webinars email) to build and nurture a qualified audience.
- Lead conversations to assess potential clients readiness and fit for our programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to participants helping them achieve personal and professional transformation.
- Collaborate with a global team to refine strategy messaging and delivery.
Requirements
- Deeply invested in personal and professional development; open to learning and mentoring.
- 10 years of experience in business management sales coaching.
- Passionate about creating meaningful change through coaching and personal growth.
- Experienced using online tools and platforms to market and grow a business.
- Self-motivated organized and capable of working autonomously.
